We seek to reach a larger market with our products and services with the help of our Affiliate, agents and partners through their social media handles, blog pages and personal interaction with friends, families, colleges, organisations and others.

OUR COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Plans have been put in place to compensate all Affiliate marketers, agents and partners of CRYSTALS ELECTRONICS AND HOME APPLIANCES company.

The commission structure is in five (5) levels

1. Probation level

2. The Bronze level

3. The Silver level

4. The Gold level

5. The Platinum level

THE PROBATION LEVEL

The Probation Level is the first of every affiliate marketer, agent and partner. When a new member joins CEAHA, he or she will have to prove his abilities, skills and commitment by advertising, generating leads and closing deals successfully on behalf of the company. At this level, Affiliate marketers are paid GHC 5.00 on every sales within GHc 1-250.00 . Affiliates at the probation level are paid 2% of every sales above GHc 250.00

The Affiliate marketer is expected to hit a sales target GHc 3000.00 to qualify him or her to the next level.

THE BRONZE LEVEL

This is the second level. At this level, an affiliate marketer is paid GHc 6.00 on every sales within GHc 1-250.00 and paid 2.5% on every sales above GHc 250.00. 

At this level, an affiliate marketer is expected to hit  a sales volume of GHc 7000.00 before he or she qualifies for the next level.

THE SILVER LEVEL

At this level Affiliate marketers are paid GHc 7.00 on every sales within GHc 1-250.00 and paid 3% on every sales above GHc 250.00. 

To qualify for the next level, an affiliate marketer has to hit a sales volume of Ghc 10,000.00

THE GOLD LEVEL

This is the last but one stage in the hierarchy. At this level, an affiliate marketer is paid GHc 8.00 on every sales within GHc 1-250.00 but paid 3.5% on every sales above GHc 250.00. 

To qualify for the next level, one has to hit a sales volume of GHc 13,500 in other to qualify for the next and final level.

THE PLATINUM LEVEL

This is the final level in the Affiliate marketers rank. At this level, an affiliate marketer becomes a partner and shares in company's profits. Partnering the company is to go into a contract with the company to sale it's products and services based on an agreed upon commission.

PAYMENT PLAN

Affiliate marketer is paid via mobile money on the 15th of every month. Affiliate marketer can also request for payment due him or her before 15th.
